About Dimension Design Services

Owner, Shawn Kelly has been involved in the building industry from an early age, when he would help his family’s masonry business after school.

After gaining a degree in Architectural Drafting and Design, he worked as a framing carpenter to gain a more hands on experience of how buildings are put together. He later ventured into commercial construction administration with estimating/project management/job supervision and scheduling.

After working for the largest general contractor in the Pittsburgh area, He can offer what few others can, a detailed understanding of how buildings go together.

Our Services

Dimension Design Services offers both CAD and Manual Drafting for Architectural House and Floor Plans, and Custom Home Design.

Custom home plans are billed per square foot of finished living area. Modifications to existing plans are done at an hourly rate.
